Shortly after Warnemünde, the Stoltera begins, an approximately three-kilometre-long section of the Baltic Sea coast characterised by a steep coast (cliff) up to 20 metres high. For the most part, a hiking trail runs directly along the cliff with many vantage points and every few hundred metres there is a drop-off to the sea, as here shortly before Geinitzort, also called Cape Geinitzort.
