About ‘Bee-eater’ by Tanja van Beuningen
Bee-eaters are beautifully coloured birds that mainly eat insects. In addition, they are very agile flyers. In flight, they catch larger insects. They are mostly found near steep walls of water; rivers, ponds and lakes, where they dig a nest tunnel in a steep wall.
Colourful and sure to be an eye-catcher in any interior.

A 'picture' says more than many words! Hello, my name is Tanja and I am a passionate hobby macro photographer. I love to experiment with light and objects, both outside and in my studio. Mainly I focus on water droplets, feathers, flowers, in other words showing the small in a big way. Besides macro photography I also like to take pictures of animals and nature.
