About the artwork

Rock cave at Praia de Benagil in Lagoa in Portugal.
This huge cave can only be reached by boat or swimming from the nearby beach.
Fascinating is the huge opening / hole in the middle of the ceiling of the rock cave.
Like the Pantheon in Rome (which also has a hole in the center of the dome), a beam of light falls into the center of the cave and travels across the sand depending on the time of day.
If you stand in the light (like the person in the picture), it is wonderfully warm and you can enjoy a short sunbath before the light has moved on again.
The cave is very large. The person in the picture gives you a good idea of the proportions. The fishing village of Bengali is located between Praia do Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêraan. Here the south coast of the Algarve shows itself from its most beautiful side. The rock cave is one of the highlights of the coast there.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
