Big Ben, England: an abstract panorama

by TheXclusive Art

The ‘Big Ben, England’ abstract panorama painting brings London’s iconic clock tower to life in a sweeping and captivating panorama, in which the tower’s dark silhouette and the glowing, almost ablaze sky combine to form an expressive scene brimming with tension and nostalgia. This remarkable artwork depicts the clock with its bright dials, whilst the broad palette knife strokes and thick layers of paint capture the atmosphere of a misty city evening in an artistic and contemporary manner. The deep blue, amber and soft yellow tones lend the whole a dramatic quality that subtly yet powerfully reflects London’s history.

The slender tower rises from the right-hand side of the composition, whilst the dark mass on the left and the light sky in the centre balance each other out, and the distant spires add extra depth to the skyline.

The stark contrast between cool blue and warm orange makes this piece a standout choice for a modern or classic interior. Hung on the wall of a living room, dining room or bedroom, it adds atmosphere and character, whilst above a sofa or on a quiet hallway wall, it becomes a colourful focal point.

London enthusiasts, travellers to England and collectors of urban art can hang a piece of British history on their wall with this painting.
