About the artwork

This work was made with black-and-white film more than 50 years old with a 1966 fujica st801 camera.

This work captures the quiet beauty of a forest edge, with tall, slender conifers flanking each other in a dense row. The trees are largely bare of branches at the base, with a lush crown only at the tops, typical of the mature pines found in Black Pine. The sky is clear with light clouds, adding a serene and natural atmosphere to the image. The contrast between the dark silhouettes of the trees and the light sky makes this work visually captivating.

The imposing height of the trees and peaceful surroundings create a sense of wonder and connection with nature.

The atmosphere exudes calmness, simplicity and a touch of mystery. The work invites the viewer to contemplate the natural harmony of the landscape and gives an impression of the strength and tranquillity the forest exudes.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
