About "Blue Diamond"

About the artwork

At the car cemetery Bilkyrkogården Kyrkö mosse near Ryd in beautiful Sweden, I came across this blue car. I imagine that once someone chose this car with care. He looked critically at the available colours and fell in love with this beautiful blue. And then he had to wait impatiently for the car to be delivered. How proud he must have been when this beauty stood shining at the door. Visiting the friends and family to show it off and on Saturdays washing off the dirt and polishing it until it was like new again.
Despite all the good care, the car's life gets tougher as the bearings start to wear out, the paint becomes duller and the engine starts to fail more and more. Until the moment came when the owner put it here. Maybe he had to swear and push on the old junker during the last drive. And now it stands here sadly in the woods. The blue paint does still stand out nicely against the green, which is why I took the photo to save this Blue Diamond for oblivion. In time, when the car is completely absorbed into the forest floor, we will fortunately still have the photos.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
