This work fits well in a modern, contemporary interior.
Colorfieldpainting is a variant within abstract expressionist painting.
Within colorfieldpainting, relatively large areas of color or color fields are used to create a meditative mood in the viewer. The emphasis is placed on large monochromatic (one-color) areas, in order to give great expressive power to the phenomenon of color. Mark Rothko developed this formula as early as 1947, declaring "I strive to render complex thoughts simply." Square or rectangular planes, in uniform colors and varying in height or width, are put on canvas in such a way that they seem to float in endlessness and give the impression of not being limited by the confines of the canvas".
Digital art is a form of contemporary art, beginning in 1970 in the 20th century that is created using a digital process and in which the computer plays an important role. Related and sometimes overlapping terms are multimedia, media art, new media and interactive art.
My work is created graphically on the computer. Sometimes I use existing images/photos, often I create new colorful layers. Those layers are later merged into an interesting abstract image. Composition and use of color are then leading.
