Nienoord is an estate in Leek, known primarily for the former Nienoord borg. The historic name is 't Huis de Nyenoort, on the site of which there is now a 19th-century country house. Furthermore the National Carriage Museum, the Swimming Castle, a campsite and the Family Park Nienoord are located on the estate. In history the borg belonged to the village of Midwolde, but nowadays it is seen more as part of the village of Leek.
