Bradford Pear Tree Blossom Cluster with earth tones browns and greens macro photography. Before it was widely known how invasive Bradford pears are to South Jersey, endless homeowners planted them. The high winds in South Jersey make them suspect wind damage. We lost one tree due to a strong storm but have 5 more growing on our property. The beautiful white blossom is a delight to see. When they are done blooming they cover everything looking like snow in Spring. In the fall the birds feast on the tiny tart pears.
This composition is a cluster of the Bradford pear flowers still attached to its tree. I photographed it a ted below the branch. This angle brings out the value of the rounded nature of the blossom cluster. The bright white color of the flowers contrasts beautifully with the olive green background color.
Macro photography is a wonderful way to explore nature on an intimate level. It helps us slow down and enjoy nature on our schedule. Displaying nature photography in your home and workspace can have a great impact on your mood, health, and well-being.
