Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Breath of the Sea’ by Peter Bartelings

A tranquil moment on the shores of the North Sea, where foam and water merge into an almost abstract landscape. The low horizon and vast sky create a sense of freedom and infinity, whilst the soft foam in the foreground adds movement and texture.

This photograph invites you to slow down and reflect — an ode to the power and tranquillity of nature. Perfect as an eye-catcher in a modern or minimalist interior.

About the photographer: as a native of Amsterdam, Peter feels a close connection to the city. Over the years, he has captured Amsterdam in many iconic works. Other cities at home and abroad also feature in his portfolio. Landscape and macro photography are also part of his work.
As a digital artist, he has also made a name for himself, particularly with his interpretations of the Old Masters.
