A beautifully atmospheric bird portrait of a nesting grebe during sunrise. The beautiful soft light of the rising sun and the rising mist above the water make the portrait particularly atmospheric. The still water creates a beautiful mirror image of the breeding grebe on its nest. The warm soft light of the rising sun gives the work beautiful colours. A beautiful work of art that radiates love and care. A work of art that continues to captivate you and is a wonderful wall decoration for your home or office. A beautiful work of art that you will enjoy looking at and enjoying every day. The picture is in a landscape format (landscape format) and fits many interiors from classic to modern. The work has beautiful soft neutral colours and can be combined with many colours.
This beautiful artwork " Breeding grebe during sunrise " is offered to you exclusively by John van de Gazelle photography on Werk aan de Muur.

Grebes have a breeding season from March to October and the incubation period is 25-29 days. Both parents take turns incubating the eggs. After hatching, the young soon leave the nest and are kept warm on their parents' backs. They are fed by their parents for 10-11 weeks. When portraying animals, I like to capture them as naturally as possible. This can be done by showing a bit of their natural surroundings in the photo. Or by creating a very soft background (bokeh). This allows the animals to stand out in the photo. And all attention can go to the animal(s).
