Hiking through the Caldeirão Verde is like a journey into the heart of Madeira's green mystery. The narrow path winds along steep cliffs and through damp, fern-covered mountainsides, while the constant whisper of waterfalls and running water accompanies you. Surrounded by a lush forest of laurel and ferns, it is like walking through a living fairy tale - where every turn reveals something new, shrouded in mist and silence.

Tunnels carved into the volcanic rock add a touch of adventure, while sunlight filters through the canopy into dancing spots on the wet stones. And then, suddenly, after this magical trek, the Caldeirão Verde opens up: a deep green bowl where a tall, graceful waterfall seems to fall from the sky. The water cascades down with pure elegance into a clear basin, a hidden paradise accessible only to those who are guided by the path of wonder.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
