In the far north of India lies the Nubra valley, wedged between Pakistan, China and Tibet. In a part of the Nubra valley there is an area with drifting sand where transport with camels took place from way back. Towards the end of the day, the camels form a special scene as they silhouette themselves as the sun sets, with Buddhist monasteries and statues in the background.
Real encounters with people all over the world have attracted me from childhood. Traveling uninhibitedly unknown countries and continents and making contact with their residents.
