I was recently on the Cape Verde island of Sal, off the coast of Senegal. This is the jetty in the village of Santa Maria, this is where the fishermen come in with their freshly caught fish for the hotels and restaurants. It is busy on the jetties where the fishermen are cleaning their fish.
