About ‘Cardboard globes still life’ by Saskia Schotanus

A still life of spent candle bulbs.
Cardstock bulbs are beautiful to look at even after they have bloomed.
The seed pods look almost soft and cuddly in the photo, but make no mistake they can sting.
Photographed on a table with a burlap cloth and lit by natural light from the side window, they look beautiful in their burlap sack.

Original created by Saskia Schotanus.
