The Great Migration is one of the largest and most impressive natural spectacles in the world. Every year a million Wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of gazelles and zebras migrate through the Maasai Mara in Kenya and the Serengeti in Tanzania.
On the edge of the Mara River you will see thousands of Wildebeest. Waiting for the 'perfect' moment to cross. The river is crawling with crocodiles, so it's a life and death decision. As soon as one takes the plunge, the herd follows. The wildebeest rush down the high bank, all trying to get to the other side of the river at once. Some are trampled, others fall prey to crocodiles, young wildebeests lose contact with their mother, and others fall prey to lions lurking on the other side of the river ........ The chaos is complete.
