A plateau of tree bark is used as a substrate for presenting the various types of cheese. Here are for decoration grapes and postage is added ( in the background ). Even the leaves that you see are made of cheese and hand painted with squid ink. On the cheese plate are several hard cheeses such as truffle cheese, Reypenaer, ginger cheese.
Futher Landana goat cheese, soft cheese Roccheta, Buche Pilat cow's milk cheese,
Taleggio, blue cheese with cranberries and toast, hazelnut / raisin ( light toast ) and
hazelnut / cocoa ( dark toast ).
