Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) photographed in the Kalahari Desert in Namibia.
This magnificent predator which can reach speeds above 100km p/h what was hunting a hare when I had the chance to photograph her.
By using a wide aperture, I was able to create a nice blurred background which made the Cheetah stand out sharply against the background.
I stood about 30 metres away from her in the field but she had absolutely no eye for me and was only fixated on her prey. It is a special experience to be able to be in the vicinity of such a beautiful animal.
