This work titled "choosing colour" has a distinct colour palette. The work is semi-abstract and contains a lot of texture.
How did this work come about?
The basis of this work is a relatively simple pencil drawing. A small black-and-white sketch that has been digitised in with digital painting has been coloured in with different textures and colours.
You can see an abstract representation of a woman figure. The lady has her left arm half in the air, her right hand resting on her belly.
This work contains a lot of pink, yellow, purple and black. This unique style does not easily pigeonhole itself. But if you want to do so anyway, you will probably end up with lavel street art.
From a blank sheet to an imaginative sketch or drawing — that’s what I enjoy most about creating my artwork.
I also find it inspiring to think that my wall decorations can bring joy to others.
