Imagine 'the day after' of a busy music festival. Everyone has gone home again, and look around you. All you see is the dirt left behind. This design shows an endless amount of burnt cigarettes and crown corks from empty beer bottles. Not a single piece of ground has remained clean.
You mainly see the colours orange, pink and white of cigarette filters.
With a wink, I playfully created an infinite pattern of these environmentally polluting cigarette butts left behind.
For this, I started from photography, with ratio 1:2.
After many wanderings, I returned to my great loves a few years ago: graphic design and photography. Long live the digital age where these forms of art have gained infinite possibilities. All boundaries are opening up, time to explore new horizons.
