Hieroglyphs cover every nook and cranny of ancient Egyptian Temples. These hieroglyphs can be found adorning very large pillars at Medinet Habu also known as mortuary temple of Ramses III located on the opposite bank of Luxor, Egypt. This temple has some of the most well preserved decorations with most still retaining their vibrant colors. In its glory, every surface area was covered with murals and hieroglyphs.
