About the artwork

"Coloured Doves for Peace and Inclusion" is a title that conveys a powerful message of unity and acceptance. This artwork, inspired by Hector Giacomelli's "Un bâton de cage", shows a row of doves in a vibrant palette of colours symbolising the diversity of life. Each animal represents a unique colour, but together they form a harmonious whole that highlights the beauty of inclusiveness.

In my interpretation, I have transformed the traditional white dove, often seen as a symbol of peace, into a spectrum of colours more representative of the modern world. It is a visual plea for equality and acceptance, regardless of background or colour.

The colours trickle down and blend together, representing the fusion of different cultures and ideas. It is a celebration of diversity and a call for peace that affects everyone.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
