Container ship on the Nieuwe Waterweg to sea. The containers on deck the buoys on the water. The Hoek van Holland pier high tide on the Nieuwe Waterweg the Maasvlakte beach.
The big container ships leaving the port of Rotterdam to sea. They are so impressive high above the water. The threatening rain clouds over the port. The pilot in the wheelhouse the crew doing the last jobs to get the ship ready for sea. A lot is happening off the high.
Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbour is another world.
