I saw these copper pans in the kitchen of the 17th-century Château Comartin in French Burgundy. It is a beautiful castle built in the 17th century and surrounded by moats and around it is a beautiful 12-hectare park, where flowerbeds, a traditional kitchen garden, a box maze, water features and bicentennial lime trees succeed each other.
Inside the castle, you walk through gilded halls with subtle references to the grand hotels of Paris and the Louvre, as well as the Marquise's flat and several antechambers. And both the flamboyant carvings, magnificent mantelpieces and painted French ceilings are in top condition.
This work would look very nice on a wall in the kitchen, dining room or restaurant
