Marguerites in the meadow is a watercolour painting in portrait format hand-painted by the artist Karen Kaspar. It shows many white daisies blooming in a green meadow. The meadow is abstractly painted in bright shades of green, yellow and blue.
There are several corners in my garden where wild flowers can grow. These beautiful daisies caught my eye today and I had to paint this watercolour.
Don't mow your lawn! Let the wildflowers grow! If you give parts of your garden back to nature without much intervention, wildflowers such as daisies and marguerites, dandelions, poppies, clover, cornflowers and many more will bloom and attract bees, butterflies and other insects. A joy for nature and for gardeners and artists.
