Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘De Inktpot Utrecht’ by Leanne lovink

Zonsondergang in Utrecht, met uitzicht op de Inktpot.

De Inktpot is het grootste bakstenen gebouw in Nederland, ontworpen door George van Heukelom in opdracht van de belangenmaatschap Nederlandsche Spoorwegen (NS). Het rijksmonument staat aan het Moreelsepark in Utrecht bij Station Utrecht Centraal en het wordt tegenwoordig gebruikt als hoofdkantoor van ProRail.

Op het dak van De Inktpot staat, uitstekend over de rand, een "UFO" met een diameter van 12 meter, een restant van de Utrechtse kunstmanifestatie Panorama 2000. De UFO is ontworpen door Marc Ruygrok.
