About the artwork

The (three) Graces after Giovanni Antonio Pellegrini.

According to Greek mythology they were the daughters of Zeus and Eurynome but in some stories they are also the offspring of Dionysos and Aphrodite (Venus), or of Helios and the naiad Aegle. According to Roman mythology, they were the daughters of Bacchus and Venus. They are usually portrayed as the three of them facing each other with their arms over each other's shoulders.

The Graces are:
Aglaia, she stands for beauty and radiance.
Euphrosyne, she stands for joy.
Thalia (or Cleta), she stands for blossoming happiness.

Three graceful nude women stand naked in this portrait. The front woman is depicted as a nude model with legs, buttocks, hips, back, shoulders and a tit on the artwork. On the left, a girl is standing nude on the nude portrait with vagina, belly, torso and breasts exposed. The third model is posing in the same way against a background in blue.

All in all a sexy and sensual erotic picture with romance.
A queer image possibly based on a lesbian relationship.Jean-François Janinet or François Janinet, born in 1752 in Paris where he died on November 1, 1814, was a French engraver and balloonist.

Active towards the end of the Ancien Régime and during the French Revolution, who took an innovative approach to colour engraving.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
