A fine example of Dutch architecture. This is the bottom view of the dome-shaped roof of the Protestant Oostkerk in Middelburg, province of Zeeland. The roof is partly made of wood. The light part in the middle of the picture is the small dome on top of the large dome roof.
The church, built between 1648 and 1667, is a National Monument. The bottom view clearly shows the symmetry of the architecture.
