About ‘Ears of grass against a blue sky’ by Monique Maessen-Demoet

In the Netherlands, you can shoot many beautiful mood shots in nature. Like this one, for instance. The grass spikes stand out clearly against the sky. It now looks as if they are very soft. For me, this photo creates a very cosy feeling, very calm. Perfect for on the wall in a practice, in a waiting room, but also nice for on the wall…

My name is Monique Maessen-Démoet, graphic designer. From an early age, it was clear that I had a passion for being creative. I was always drawing. It was therefore a logical step to do a graphic design course, which I followed at the Mediacollege in Amsterdam (direction Concept & Design). Design is my passion and my challenge in this work is to turn every assignment into something unique that suits the customer. In my spare time, I like to photograph the nature.
