This photo was taken in Etosha National Park, one of the largest reserves in Africa and the largest in Namibia. Etosha contains a lot of animals and we drove around for 3 days. You can just drive around the park after paying the entrance fee, so you can do everything at your own pace. We drove to a waterhole, and suddenly we saw many elephants - I think there were about 40 elephants. At one point the elephants came running after our car, but we were lucky to get away in time! The elephants are very protective of their calves, which is only natural. Fortunately, I have a few nice pictures to shoot. The zebras were also chased away from the water by the elephants, very interesting to see the dynamics between these (both) beautiful animals.
