Etosha literally means "Great white spot of dry water", which refers to the vast, dazzling salt plain that covers most of the park. It is undoubtedly one of the largest wildlife parks in South Africa. This elephant had just taken a nice mud bath and had dried up nice and greyish white. The elephants here have adapted very well to the desert.
