Nightshot from the Emmasingel section of Groningen, where you find big buildings and the central train station.

I used here a Nikon D5300 with a Tamron 18-200 mm on 18 mm. Edited in Photoshop while using Nik Silver efex Pro te get a dynamic black layer for a realistic color scheme.
