About ‘Empty Vrijthof during lockdown in 2020’ by Streets of Maastricht
The Vrijthof in Maastricht was deserted during the first lockdown in March-April 2020. In the foreground, you can see the sign that reminded Maastricht residents to keep a distance of 1.5 metres. Streets of Maastricht is a personal project of Sarina Uilenberg, owner of photo company Studio Zwartlicht. For this project, I take black-and-white photos with a 40 of 50 mm lens on the streets of Maastricht, the Netherlands.
