Even as a child I was fascinated by photography because, when I looked through the camera, I could park my thoughts and worries for a moment and only had to see. I continued to explore that healing effect of photography and that is how I discovered Miksang contemplative photography.
I made it my own under the watchful eye of Miksang teacher Hèlen Vink and now I teach it myself: both to groups of interested people and in therapeutic form through a well-known burnout…
