About ‘Evening atmosphere in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer’ by Alexander Ließ

Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is a commune in the French department of Bouches-du-Rhône in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is a main town in the Camargue. The coastal town is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded by a wetland area. The pretty town centre has many restaurants and the Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer church, from the roof of which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. One of the main attractions is the Ornithological Park of Pont de Gau to the north, which offers fantastic birdwatching opportunities. But you can also spot flamingos in the immediate vicinity, for example. The best thing to do is to take an evening stroll along the sea and the surrounding ponds. The light can be fantastic and, especially in the low season, you are almost alone.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
