That plants and flowers still have a certain beauty even when they have finished blooming is proven by the photos I have taken for the 'Faded Glory' series.
In this case, cut-out of a Hydrangea flower is the subject of the photo. The delicate leaf veins of one of the flowers are already visible, and the colour is completely gone. What remains is a beautiful winter image of a greying and withered flower.
This photo would fit great in a Japandi atmosphere, the soothing colours and simplicity of the image give a Japandi interior just that little bit of spice that still keeps it exciting.
I think it is a stunning image where nature certainly shows itself at its best too.
