The impressive Fenix I building in Rotterdam Katendrecht is a combination of existing and new. The 100 year old Phoenix warehouse accommodates various commercial, culinary and cultural functions. On top of this, a new building has been constructed with 212 loft apartments. In total, there is approximately one million kilograms of steel in the supporting structure.
