Fowler T3A steam tractor built in 1931. Till 1940 this machine was used for short-distance transport.
After an amendment to the law in 1933 the use of vehicles without pneumatic tyres got very expensive, and therefore the machine wasn't used much between 1933 till 1940. In 1940, the machine was rebuild to road-roller and used in that quality till 1960. In 1965 the machine got restored to tractor by museum "Levens Hall" in England.
