On a frosty March morning, I stumbled upon this delicate snowdrop, frozen in time and glistening in the first light of dawn. The early sunlight slipped softly through the grass, casting a gentle glow over the scene and illuminating the fragile beauty of this resilient flower. Each petal seemed to hold a world of ice within, a fleeting moment of winter clinging to spring. Lost in its quiet magic, I photographed it until my fingers were numb from the cold, capturing a moment of serene stillness in nature’s subtle awakening.
With my photography I try to convey the beauty of everyday, small nature. My macro images are therefore made in ordinary places, such as a backyard, a roadside or a park.
