In spring, during night frost, the orchard is irrigated so that layers of ice form on the blossom, which protect the blossom itself from the frost of the outside air. This results in beautiful pictures.

On the one hand I capture the grandeur of the landscape. On the other hand I am always looking for details that I can enlarge. I always follow the light. I shoot in the surroundings of Utrecht; Amelisweerd, Krommerijnstreek, Utrechtse Heuvelrug but also regularly elsewhere in the country.
