Long corridors in a complex section of Duga 1 radar system region Chernobyl. At the time of the Cold War, this system was designed to trace the launch of intercontinental rockets. The name Doega only became known in the west after the fall of the Sovet Union. After the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of 1986, closure became inevitable. Since 1987 this complex has been abandoned.
