About ‘Giara Horse in Sardinia’ by Vinte3Sete

The Giara di Gesturi in Sardinia, Italy is a unique area known for its wild horses. These horses, also called the "Giara horses", are a small, robust species that have lived in this area for centuries. The Giara di Gesturi is a plateau covered with cypress trees, oaks and wildflowers. The horses live in herds and are free-ranging, offering a unique experience for visitors who can see them in the wild. The Giara horses are famous for their rustic appearance and their unique features, such as their short manes and tails, and their large, hard hooves that enable them to walk over the rough terrains of the Giara di Gesturi. Although the Giara horses are an important part of Sardinian culture, they are also endangered in their natural habitat. Conservation programmes are currently underway to preserve the population of these unique horses.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
