Sunset over the Elbe Sandstone Mountains on a crisp frosty winter evening. The last rays of light hit the jagged rocks, which will cool down once again as night falls. At the right edge of the picture and at the same time at the southern tip of the Pfaffenstein, the Barbarine stretches, very small to recognize, into the height. As beautiful as the panorama is up here ... as soon as the sun has disappeared behind the horizon, the descent should begin. Cold and darkness otherwise demand too much energy.
