Golden Meridian

by INGO

Golden Meridian is a visual masterpiece in which human elegance, clean geometry and monumental architecture come together. The work depicts a mystical, feminine silhouette seen from behind. Her body is entirely composed of multiple razor-sharp, geometric facets that catch the light like a precious, finely cut gemstone. A deep, warm glow of ochre-gold and fiery red in the upper body flows seamlessly into cool, dark navy blue tones at the lower part.
The silhouette stands against a monumental backdrop of contrasting veined marble, finished with sleek, golden mouldings. The subtle ripples and reflections in the water in the foreground bring a serene calm to the composition and beautifully extend the deep colours downwards. ‘Golden Meridian’ symbolises the perfect balance between inner strength and outward luxury.

The style employed is Surrealist Cubism.
• Cubism: Your work is directly constructed from geometric planes and polygons that break down and restructure a three-dimensional form. This is the essence of (modern) Cubism.
• Surrealism: The dreamlike, mysterious setting—a glass/crystal woman standing on a rippling water surface in a monumental, marble space featuring a gigantic golden moon or circle—creates an alienating, magical atmosphere that is typically surrealist.
By combining clean, digital vectors with organic marble textures and a soft, crystal-like play of light, the work takes on a tangible 3D depth.

Golden Meridian is ideally suited to a modern, industrial or ‘hotel-chic’ interior. The artwork combines beautifully with interior elements made of real marble, matt black accessories and warm gold or brass accents in the lighting and furniture.
