About the artwork

A combination of your own photos's and AI. As long as you mention that you used AI, I totally embrace AI. I was sceptical about it but started working on it anyway in photoshop and I must say, if you want to and take the trouble, it can still be completely your creation even though I can't even hold a brush (so to speak)!!! By using your own photos's/images and searching so far with text assignment, it can still be your creation what I had in my mind before because it can be! If you do not settle for a funny picture but really create a work of art what you had in mind before and that is not a snap job, then it is a work you really put effort into only in a different way! We need to get used to it a bit I guess, and if you don't like it that's fine too! I love photography very much and have for years and also photoshop has been my editing programme for years with also AI . The combination makes attainable for me what I couldn't do on my own and gets super happy when I see created on the PC what I had in my mind at the start!♥

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
