About the artwork

Waiting among the dune grass for the sun to hit just the right spot. It's one of those moments why you always come back to this island - the wind blowing through the marram grass, the sound of the sea in the distance, and then suddenly that perfect combination of light and movement.
The marram grass has been growing here in exactly this spot for generations. Children run through it, walkers seek the silence.
But Terschelling is never really quiet - always that soft rustling, always that incessant dance with the wind coming from the sea.

Yes, this island has a way of making you feel part of the landscape. The warmth of the setting sun, the sand beneath your feet, and through a camera lens this world of golden light and moving shadows.

The beach grass, swaying imperturbably in the sea breeze, is more than decoration. It is the silent architect of this island, holding the sand with its roots and protecting the coast with its resilience. In this soft evening light, it shows its refined beauty - each blade a brush painting movement against the calm of the horizon.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
