About the artwork

This is an image from Kidepo Valley National Park in Uganda. The photograph shows a solitary, bare tree as a silhouette against layers of blue-tinged mountains in the background, with golden savannah grassland in the foreground. The composition creates a dramatic sense of isolation and resilience.

Kidepo Valley National Park is located in the remote north-eastern corner of Uganda, bordering South Sudan and Kenya. It is considered one of Africa's most spectacular wilderness areas, known for its rugged savannah landscapes, dramatic mountain scenery and diverse wildlife including lions, elephants, buffalo and numerous antelope species.

The remoteness of the park has helped preserve its wild character - it is one of Uganda's least visited national parks due to its distance from major cities, but those who make the journey are rewarded with stunning vistas like the one in this photo. The bare tree seen here was probably formed by the semi-arid climate and seasonal weather patterns typical of this region.

The tree tells a story of resilience and perseverance.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
