Groet brambling siskins are residents of northern Europe. That is where they live and breed. During extremely cold weather, they migrate south in large numbers and then arrive in the Netherlands as invasion birds.
However, this one was made in Finland where round the hotel was fed. I find a bird photographed in its natural habitat more interesting.
