This botanical nature photograph shows a beautiful color close-up of a soft green fern plant against the warm brown stone wall of an old authentic farmhouse. The soft green leaves give a contrasting effect to the brown background of the wall. This creates a depth of field effect that makes the nature photo lively and playful. I photographed this green fern at an old authentic Dutch farm in Gelderland, the old farm is in the middle of the forest. And because of that there are also beautiful forest plants growing in the yard of this farm, like this beautiful soft green fern.
