About ‘Hidden presence of two roe deer’ by peter reinders

I didn't see them right away.
At first, just snow, branches and silence.
Only when I kept looking,
there they were.
Inconspicuous,
as if I wasn't actually supposed to be seen.
This moment felt like a privilege:
being part of their world for a moment,
without disturbing it.
For me, this image is about attention.
About what becomes visible
when you take your time.

The soft colours - white, warm brown and muted green - create a quiet, almost picturesque atmosphere. The choice to show the animals embedded in the landscape rather than dominant gives the image tranquillity, intimacy and authenticity. A moment of casual proximity.

This winter nature photo shows a subtle scene in which roe deer blend almost unnoticed into the snow-covered forest. The use of a blurred foreground creates depth and an intimate viewing experience, as if the viewer himself were hidden among the branches.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
